It's a cool place that's located in a remote area of the island on the left hand shore. It's so cool that MTV chose to host their Spring Break '98 show there. The history of Negril used to be analogous to the Wild West being the party zone for the pirates, and is now the party zone of the 1990s.
Disney used one of Negril's offshore-mini-island's for their "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" picture.
Eventhough it's in the boonies, it has some very cool resorts and exotic things to see. This is a place where couples come to get married right on the beach. In our adventure, we make a little time for that if one of you so happen to be planning such an arrangement. Besides parties, there is a lot of other cool remote stuff to do. The rainforests surround us but you'll be safe. If it wasn't safe, the resorts would not be located there. And now, this is the place that's the highlight of our adventure! Negril is centrally located amongst the beautiful cliffs where you'll be cliff diving and swinging into the waterfalls of the densely packed rainforests.
There's caves by the beaches so bring your flashlights and underwater video cameras.
Because of its noncommercial-like atmosphere, it's a destination for famous musicians and actors who truly want to be regular people and play in local clubs.
And for you botanists, this is your chance to get some herbal education!
